Each one room cabin is equipped with electricity, heat, AC and 2 twin beds & 1 double bed to sleep four people. Picnic table, water and charcoal grill are outside. There is no bathroom or kitchen. Linens are not supplied. No Pets are allowed inside cabin.

DELUXE CABINS ( A, B, C )

Each one room deluxe cabin is equipped with electricity, heat, AC, ceiling fan and 4 double beds to sleep eight people. Picnic table, water, charcoal grill electric outlets are outside. There is no bathroom or kitchen. Linens are not supplied. No pets are allowed inside cabin. 8 person maximum occupancy.

RATE: $65.00 per night for 8 people

All rates, except Deluxe Cabins, are based on a party of four (4)

Full Service Lodge Available for Rent

Our Deluxe Lodges are the answer for those who like the outdoors, but need more amenities than a bare bones cabin. This will be your home away from home. Our fully equipped lodges have a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen(no dishes or pots & pans), separate bedroom and living room. Linens are supplied for one double bed. There are two additional double beds in a loft (without linens). The Lodge is attractively decorated and is climate controlled, with AC and Heat. They are conveniently located near the boat ramps and beach area with a water view from the porch. No pets are allowed inside lodges.

Rental RV

Our 28' Dutchman Travel Trailer is a cozy way to enjoy the RV lifestyle without the expense and worry of owning one. The trailer is set up on a shady site close to the deluxe lodges. Only a short walk to the campstore and beach, this is a great weekend getaway. The RV is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and rear bedroom. The sofa and dinette convert to beds. Linenes are supplied for the rear bedroom. No kitchen items are included. No pets are allowed inside RVs.

RATE: $129.00 per night

Reservation Policies

Additional people (age 4 and up) are assessed a fee of $3.00 per person per night. Site maximum is 6 persons, Regular Cabins maximum is 4 persons, Deluxe Cabin maximum is 8 persons. No charge for children under 3. There is a 2 night minimum between Memorial Day and Labor Day, a 3 night minimum on all holidays and the bluegrass festival. 1 night’s deposit is required on all reservations, 3 night’s deposit on holiday weekends. All reservations without deposit will be automatically cancelled without notification 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Deposits placed on credit cards will be charged to card at time reservaaiton is made. Checks are not accepted at check in.

GROUP RATES

$20.00 + $4.00 per person per night.
A large no hookup, group camping area is available to churches, Scout Groups and other non-profit organizations. A pavilion
with picnic tables is available. Minimum of 100 people is required. A $20.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required
at booking.

PAVILION RENTALS - Day Use

Pavilion 1 is an air conditioned, fully enclosed facility with banquet seating for 200 people. It is water view, located across from the camp store and picnic area. It is near the entrance of the campground and has ample parking to accomodate your large group. All events must conclude at 10 pm. Loud, rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
Daily Rental ...................................................................$200.00 + $5.00/car

Picnic Pavilion is an open air pavilion with 12 picinc tables, seating approximately 72 people. It is located in our group camping area, a 5 acrea grassy field adjoining Lake Anna. Use of the field is available if unoccupied by other camping groups. Parking is available adjacent to pavilion. All events must conclude at 10 pm. Loud, rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
Daily Rental ...................................................................100.00 + $5.00/car

All group renting any of our facilities that are exhibiting behavior inconsistent with any rules located on campground map will be evicted immediately without refund.

DISCOUNTS - one discount per transaction ( nightly camping fees only)

* AAA discount of 10% off base camping fee.

* Senior Citizen ( 65 and older ) discount of 10% off base camping fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* cancellation is at least Fourteen (14) Days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $3.00 service charge.

* If cancellation is at least Seven (7) days prior to arrival, your deposit will be deferred.

* If your cancellation is less than Seven (7) days prior to arrival, your deposit will not be refunded or deferred.
